Story Plot:
Uttam Das is a young man whose dreams of becoming a CBI officer are shattered by some corrupted officials. Upset with this, he himself forms his own gang and starts riding the businesses of big shots as a fake CBI officer. To nab Uttam, a special cop is appointed by the government. The rest of the story is as to how Uttam Das manages to dodge the CBI officials and comes out successfully
