Story Plot:
IPS officer Meesala Raju aka Sitarama Raju, who is a nightmare for criminals gets transferred to Vizag from Vijayawada. As soon as he lands in Vizag a few suspicious people shave Meesala Raju’s moustache. While Meesala Raju gets irritated with this, he also gets to know about drug peddling in Jalaripeta done by Karuna, a ruthless individual who controls everything there. Meesala Raju also learns that Karuna developed some differences with his driver Koti. Who is this Koti? What are the differences he has with Karuna? What is the role of Meenakshi in this plot?
